AAME 41st Annual Scientific Meeting (6 March 2021)

Last year’s Scientific Meeting seems a lifetime ago given the extraordinary events of the last twelve months and the devastation that Covid-19 has wrought on the aviation industry and our pilot colleagues.
As a result, we carefully considered the merits of postponing the meeting until later in the year, but given the ongoing uncertainty in how the pandemic may continue to unfold, decided that an online meeting would be a prudent move. We now have great pleasure in inviting you to the Association of Aviation Medical Examiners’ Annual Scientific Meeting to be held virtually on Saturday 6th March 2021, with the invaluable and ongoing administrative assistance of 3D Performance.

We have asked whether pilots now need to carry the updated ORS4 No1383 or whether the previous version (ORS4 No1354) will suffice. We will update you when we have received a response; please keep an eye on the website for updates.

AAME 40th Annual Scientific Meeting (6 – 8 Mar 20)

We have great pleasure in inviting you to the Association of Aviation Medical Examiners’ 40th Annual Scientific Meeting to be held over the weekend of 6-8thMarch 2020.

As this is our 40thAnniversary as an Association, we were keen to hold the meeting at a location with a strong aviation link, and the rich aerospace history of the city of Bristol fitted that bill. The conference will be held at Aerospace Bristol, overlooking the old Filton Airfield, in a comfortable lecture theatre located just off the museum’s Concorde Hall.

The conference hotel and 40th Anniversary celebration Gala Dinner will be held at the Bristol Marriot Royal, located on College Green in the centre of Bristol.
